Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or official holidays.

If you place an order during weekends or holidays, it will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time

We cooperate with reliable international logistics providers to deliver orders worldwide:
  • United States / Canada: 7–15 business days
  • European Countries: 10–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–22 business days
  • Other Global Regions: 15–30 business days

    Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, subject to customs clearance and local postal efficiency.

3. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping Threshold

  • Standard shipping fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Free standard shipping: Orders over $79 qualify for free worldwide shipping automatically.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

Buyers are fully responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or clearance fees charged by your local customs authority upon arrival. We do not cover these extra charges, and they are non-refundable.

If you refuse the package due to customs fees, the original shipping cost and return freight will be deducted from your refund.

5. Lost / Damaged / Stolen Packages

  • Lost shipments: Contact our support within 30 days of order delivery date. We will assist with logistics tracking or offer a partial refund/reshipment after carrier verification.
  • Damaged items: Take clear photos of damaged products and packaging, send to us within 7 days after receiving the parcel for replacement or refund.
  • Stolen packages marked as "delivered": We are not liable for theft after the courier confirms successful delivery to your address. Please contact local postal service for theft claims.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or regions with strict shipping embargo rules. Please provide a valid residential/commercial street address.
